Translators could correct the extracted text and edit the translation. The source stayed part of the task, rather than disappearing behind the AI output.
Make review a clear step.
An AI draft can look finished before it is accurate. I designed warnings, review prompts and a final confirmation so submitting it was a deliberate decision.
Check the difficult cases.
We tested unclear scans, sensitive documents, different language directions and attempts to skip review. I checked that the warning and approval states worked in the shipped flow.
